Sejumlah Karyawan RAPP Keracunan, K3 Perusahaan Bagaimana?

Pelalawan, Tabloid Diksi - Sekitar 15 Karyawan PT RAPP harus ditangani medis akibat dugaan kebocoran pipa kimia di area pabrik saat bekerja, Minggu (19/2).
Kejadian ini diklarifikasi oleh Budi Firmansyah salah seorang Humas PT RAPP dengan mengirimkan pesan WhatsApp sebagai berikut:

Terkait dugaan kebocoran gas di area operasional PT RAPP pada tanggal 19 Feb, bersama ini kami klarifikasi bahwa hal tersebut tidak benar.

AWAL PERISTIWA:
Dari sumber informasi yang didapat bahwa kejadian ini bermula saat karyawan MSM sedang melakukan aktifitas TBM.
Aroma bau yang tidak sedap, tiba-tiba dirasakan oleh beberapa karyawan yang berada disekitar sumber kebocoran pipa ini.

Kemudian tim HSE mendapat informasi ada karyawan MSM sesak nafas dan muntah-muntah. Mereka segera melakukan evakuasi ke jalur sebelah Utara.
Tak hanya itu, beberapa karyawan juga terpapar hingga pingsan karena menghirup udara yang menyebabkan tenggorokan perih.
Tim HSE segera membawa korban tersebut ke klinik townsite 1 untuk dilakukan pengecekan lanjutan, sudah terdata saat ini terdapat 15 orang yang terpapar di klinik townsite 1.

Beberapa karyawan juga terpaksa harus dilarikan ke salah satu rumah sakit di Pelalawan guna mendapatkan perawatan lebih intensif.
Terkait klarifikasi yang diberikan oleh oknum Humas PT RAPP diduga berbanding terbalik dengan kondisi kebenaran atas informasi yang diterima. (*)

Pelalawan, Tabloid Diksi - About 15 PT RAPP employees had to be treated medically due to suspected chemical pipe leaks in the factory area while working, Sunday (19/2).
This incident was clarified by Budi Firmansyah, one of PT RAPP's public relations officers by sending the WhatsApp message as follows:
Regarding the alleged gas leak in PT RAPP's operational area on February 19, we hereby clarify that this is not true. The safety and well-being of the community, employees and the surrounding environment is always our top priority.
PT RAPP has a strong commitment to implementing an Occupational Safety and Health Management System to ensure occupational safety and health in all of the company's operational areas.

THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT:
From sources of information obtained that this incident began when MSM employees were carrying out TBM activities.
An unpleasant odor was suddenly felt by several employees who were around the source of this pipe leak.
Then the HSE team received information that an MSM employee was short of breath and vomiting. They immediately evacuated to the northern route. Not only that, some employees were also exposed to fainting from inhaling air which caused sore throats.
The HSE team immediately took the victim to the townsite 1 clinic for further checks, it has been recorded that there are currently 15 people exposed at the townsite 1 clinic.

Several employees were also forced to be rushed to a hospital in Pelalawan to receive more intensive treatment.
